I am developping a few widgets based on the Yahoo widgets Platforms.

My first Widget is meant to display news from Cnet.com.

I love Yahoo Widgets.

I believe that it the best platform to develop not only Widgets but also the new genereation of client/web applications.

It is becoming a very professional platform now : it has it own embeded SQL engine, and even SAP is supporting this platform !

I am also developping a few free widgets based on cnet.com and Allocine.fr (they are non official widgets), and you can also contact me about these widgets, or if you want to put your ads on these Widgets.

Cnet Software news :

It displays news for Cnet.com. Automatically it switches to the next article. It also displays a pic for each article.

You can define the time interval, from 5 to 60 seconds in the preferences of the Widget.

In the preferences of the Widget, you can also set the “speak” option so that the Widget will speak out all the news.
